BloomDecor ensures complete satisfaction with every wall art decor purchase. All physical products qualify for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery receipt.

Eligible Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

In like-new condition with original packaging and hardware

Accompanied by order confirmation or receipt

Not customized beyond standard product options

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@bloomdecor.shop for prior approval

  2. We will provide:

    • Prepaid return shipping label

    • Detailed packing instructions

    • Return authorization number (RA# required on all packages)

Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Order Issues

Report immediately upon receipt if you receive:

Damaged frames, prints, or packaging

Incorrect design, size, or color

Missing components or hardware

Non-Returnable Items

Custom artwork with personalized text/images

Final sale or clearance items

Fragile products damaged after delivery

Exchange Process

Return original item following our guidelines

Place new order for replacement simultaneously

Approved return credit applied to your new purchase

Refund Processing Time

After receipt and inspection (3-5 business days):

Approval/denial confirmation sent

Refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days

Bank processing may add 3-10 additional days
